The 1.1/4"-3/8" Insulated copper tube line set is perfect for air conditioning and refrigeration applications. Crafted from 99.9% pure copper, it adheres to ASTM B280 and C12200 standards. This premium line set boasts an outer dimension range from 1.1/4" to 3/8" (6.35mm to 9.52mm in metric), ensuring top-notch performance and reliability.
Our AC Copper Size options include 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", and 1 1/8", with lengths of 15m, 20m, 25m, 30m, and 50m. The insulation features 1/2" Polypropylene, UV resistance, and meets ASTM E 84, UL94, ASTM D1056, and ASTM G 21 standards. This robust insulation supports a working temperature range from -40ºC to 120ºC, ensuring durability and longevity.
Engineered for ductless mini-split, heat pump, and centralized air ducted units, this line set features an impressive pressure rating of 2100 to 7000 PSI, far exceeding the required 700 PSI for R410 refrigerant. Customization options are available, including printing your company name, size, and meters on the insulation, for a personalized touch.
