The 1.1/4"-3/8" Insulated copper tube line set is ideal for air conditioning and refrigeration applications. Crafted from 99.9% pure copper, it adheres to ASTM B280 and C12200 standards. The outer dimension ranges between 1.1/4" and 3/8" (6.35mm to 9.52mm in metric).
Our AC Copper Size options include 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", and 1 1/8", with length options of 15m, 20m, 25m, 30m, and 50m. The line set's insulation is 1/2" Polypropylene, UV-resistant, and meets ASTM E 84, UL94, ASTM D1056, and ASTM G 21 standards, operating within a temperature range from -40ºC to 120ºC.
Perfect for diverse applications such as ductless mini-split, heat pump, and centralized air ducted units, this line set offers a pressure rating from 2100 to 7000 PSI, surpassing the 700 PSI required for R410 refrigerant. Customization options include printing your company name, size, and meters on the insulation.
