Production process of precision stainless steel capillaries
1. Raw material selection:
- Mainly use stainless steel materials such as 316L and 304L. These materials contain more chromium (Cr) and nickel (Ni) elements, ensuring the corrosion resistance and strength of the products.
- Consider chemical composition, accuracy requirements and surface condition when selecting materials.
2. Pipe making process:
-Cold drawn pipe process: Through multiple cold rolling and drawing processes, the hot-rolled plate is gradually turned into a small diameter pipe.
- Hot pressed tube process: Utilize the plasticity of the material to produce capillary tubes with thin walls and smooth surfaces through metal pressing in a hot state.
- Cold drawing pipe making process: requires high accuracy of material cross-sectional area and circumference, which depends on the impact of organizational structure and performance.
3. Surface treatment:
- The purpose is to reduce scale and improve surface finish and corrosion resistance.
- Common surface treatments include pickling, mechanical polishing and electric rust removal.
