Admiralty Brass
Admiralty brass is generally used with fresh, clean waters free from suspended abrasive solids and originating from rivers lakes and canals. It may also be used with brackish or even saline water. The inhibitive action of arsenic protects admiralty brass from dezincification and the fully annealed alloy can also withstand stress-corrosion cracking. In waters containing less than 2000 ppm dissolved solids its use is allowed at flow rates of up to 3 m/s (10 ft/s); in sea waters a maximum speed of 1 m/s (3.0 ft/ s) is recommended. The presences of tin improve resistance to general corrosion in slightly polluted (sulphurised) water.
 
Aluminium Brass
Aluminum Brass is generally used with brackish or sea water. Through its arsenic inhibition, it is virtually immune from dezincification and when fully annealed, also practically free from stress-corrosion cracking. Aluminum Brass is resistant to pitting and even more so to impingement attack: in fresh water, a velocity of up to 3.5 m/s ( 11. 5 f/s) is admitted; it should be reduced to about 2.5 m/s (8.5 f/s) when operating in sea water.

BFe10-1 copper nickel pipes
In the research of copper nickel alloys, it has been found that BFe10-1 copper nickel pipes have gained the trust of users due to their excellent corrosion resistance. Coupled with the advantages of easy processing, shaping, and welding, they are now widely used in shipyards and petroleum equipment. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop high-strength copper nickel alloy components that do not reduce formability, such as chemical construction, building decoration, power maintenance, precision surface processing, medical device research, and seng manufacturing, which are core corrosion-resistant components. Some of these copper nickel alloys also have quite good electrical properties. Copper nickel alloy tube small diameter B10 white copper tube can be processed in the following sizes: CN102 small mouth cold drawn tube, BFE10-1-1 copper nickel annealed tube, C71500 white copper capillary tube, CN107 white copper hot drawn tube, CuNi90-10 lower diameter annealed tube, CuNi70-30 small diameter precision tube. The products are widely used in fields such as aerospace, generator sets, large ships, seawater desalination, nuclear industry, and petrochemical equipment.

Extruded Low Finned Tube & Rifled Low Finned Tube

 
Low Finned Tubes add short fin in the tube wall that greatly increase the surface area over smooth tube. The fins are formed into the tube wall so the outside diameter of the fins are not larger than the pre-finned smooth tube. DATANG is solely focused on producing the largest variety and most complete solutions for finned tubing. Low finned tubes can be provided with a smooth or rifled tube inside surface.
 
Low Fin (Integral) tubing is a type of extruded tubing that consists of short low fins. The low fin tube have the advantage of adding surface area to a smooth tube while maintaining the same outside diameter. Low Fin Enhanced tubes can be used in standard shell and tube baffles and tube sheets.
Rifled Low Finned Tube has the outside diameter surface characteristics of Low-Finned Tubes with the added enhancement of inside diameter rifling. The rifling grooves promote turbulant flow and better heat transfer through the tube wall.
